Just my thinking, but I don't know anything about this new training. You know, hard day, easy day. Seems like you need some recovery in between, which is actually the day your muscles get stronger. Are you following a plan you saw, or did you come up with this? It is part of the process...there was no reason to think your body would hold up to those workouts day after day...now you add in some rest, and get back at it as soon as you can, and you will be able to do it day after day in the future.<BR/><BR/>How about Erie Tom's workout routine?
