This is the place where I will pass along the progression of my training in the sport of Ultrarunning and hopefully correspond with fellow Ultrarunners.
I am an Ultrarunner. I started running in 2006 and finished my first 100 miler in June '07. I am looking forward to a lifetime of running, and can't imagine how I have lived this long without it.
I've been dealing with some strained tendons in my right leg, just above my foot, from the race last weekend. Everything else feels good, I probably would have been able to start running again on Tuesday if it weren't for this minor problem. I can now walk without a limp and with little pain. I hope to start running again tomorrow or Tuesday.
A belated congrats on the amazing performance at McNaughton. I did read it earlier but the reply I thought I left didn't materialize. I really enjoyed the lengthy but fascinating report and really liked your decision to sleep at night. Such a smart one! You'll have the 150 in the bag next year for sure!

promise land, promise land...
missing the laughter with you Josh. You know we could find some people to make fun of down there.
How was the run today. I am surprised that this is all that is still hurting. Amazing run!
Hey Josh--I had some knee tendonitis from McN but felt good enough to run yesterday. Hope you are healing quickly and are running this week too.
