2 miles, 9:30 pace
I had originally planned to run 10 miles on the loop around the UC campus, that didn't happen. my toe still feels like it is going to fall off. I still want to get in 50 miles this week. I didn't want to do a long run this weekend but I think I will try to work one in now. Tomorrow it will be 5 miles of speed work on the indoor track after my night class.
