5.5 miles, 9:08 pace, roads

felt tired from yesterdays run, but my knee felt good. Just an easy run, walked a couple hills. 13 days until McNaughton!

Pickle - how about you lay out your pacing and race plan on here for us all to see, so we can judge your job after the event?

We all know you have had limited training due to injury, but when you finish, we will all be asking how you did it!

The race plan is scribbled on a yellow piece of paper, tucked away in a safe place where it will remain :)...I'm Ready...give me a call if you want the scoop.
