my running schedule is a bit unconventional this week. I have 70 miles on the schedule and a 50 mile race on Saturday. So that leaves 20 miles for the rest of the week. Instead of stringing together a few 5 mile runs I am going to rest my legs and only run three days (10,50,10) I will probably run 10 tomorrow, take off Thursday and Friday, race Saturday and run 10 on Sunday. I would like to pace for the 100 milers at McNaughton on
Saturday if I have the energy after my 50.
