I wanted to do 10 today but I got out of work late so I decided to do a hard 5. I had a good run and set a PR for this loop. About half way through my run I saw one of the most disgusting things I have ever seen in my life. I won't post about it here because it was absolutely repulsive, but you can e-mail me if you want to know what happened.
Ok I am now caught up on all my blogging, whew.

WoW! Lets see, taking in considerations for your age and the fact that you do not drink that much??? You probably have not experienced the all night drinking binge related disgusting...

Did you not see that 'um' fawn on the Red Loop at Mohican? Was it still there 12 hours or so later? I was hoping something had ate it at that point.
