CrossFit WOD:

Complete 3 rounds for time of:
Row 500 meters
Bodyweight Bench press, 30 reps

I did each 500 meter row in 2 minutes.

I can't bench press my body weight once, let alone 30 X 3, so I had to modify

Bench press:
First Set: 75 lbs
Second Set: 65 lbs
Thrid Set: 65 lbs

Total time 16:32

A lot of time was wasted traveling from the rower to the bench press because they are not in the same area of my gym.

I was thinking about going up to Mohican today to run 21 miles with Kim, Rob, Nick and others, but I am trying to give my legs a couple weeks off from running so I decided to stay home.

Hey Josh, you missed an incredibly wet and windy day! I am sure you got a taste of it in Cincy.
Let me know if you are ever interested in going up. You can drive as far as Columbus and hitch a ride the rest of the way with me.
Good idea taking a break though. At least you worked out.

Gotta love that "30 x bench you bodyweight" holy-moly we're runners right!

Still, that's the point right?
