This is the place where I will pass along the progression of my training in the sport of Ultrarunning and hopefully correspond with fellow Ultrarunners.
I am an Ultrarunner. I started running in 2006 and finished my first 100 miler in June '07. I am looking forward to a lifetime of running, and can't imagine how I have lived this long without it.
Another rest day. 9 miles on the bike at the gym. I don't know if I will be able to race this weekend. I am just going to show up and see what happens. It wont be that big of a deal if I can't, its just a training run.
hope the foot feels better and you can fit in the run. Sounds like you're being smart about it though.
So, I saw on Scott Dunlap's blog you are thinking about TRT still? That'd be a feat after doing the hundred just a month before! Well, you'll definitely have to let me know if you end up coming out!

Josh,
Looks like you are doing a great job and hard running. Impressive.
The only chance I have of catching up to you is running like crazy while you are off camping!

Man, I feel like I need to run 20 miles in the morning just to feel like I accomplished something. BTW, I signed up for the Indiana 50 Miler May 12.
Rob,
Nice! If Gnaw Bone is anything like the Michigan version of DWD we should be in for one hell of a race.
