the peanut butter and honey combo didn't happen to be Jif, did it? because much like running shoes, i like to alternate my peanut butter flavors :) its a good investment.

i understand setting high goals, whats funny about them is that you usually end up achieving them :) i've always lived by that goethe quote "whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it."

so, train with sub 3 in mind. esp if its a net downhill like St George...its very possible. speaking of, they set bonfires at the start of st george ( i hear) it starts in the dark and you can see mars. my friend/teammate, krista, did it earlier this year. shes blazing and ran a 2:47.

also---i think hawaii sounds good with or without the pineapples. maybe there needs to be a "pineapple growing research trip"...i could use a break from this silly ohio winter we are having....
