10 Miles, 8:30 pace
Another day on the track. I woke up much more sore than I usually am after a 10 mile run. I am sure this is from running on the evil track. Todays run went pretty well. I worked on my breathing, was able to mantain circular breathing (breath in for three steps, breath out three steps). Thats all there was to it.
