Tuseday: 10 Miles, 9-10 min pace
Wednesday: 5 miles, Speed work
Thursday:10 Miles 9:30 pace
Firday:10 Miles 10:00 pace (hopefully outside)
Saturday: 1-2 miles, this is my one day taper plan
Sunday: 26.2 Miles, 10:00-10:30 pace Last Chance for Boston Marathon
Total Miles: 72 (we will see about this, maybe closer to 60)
