1 mile
So I only ran 1 mile today, but I did get outside for the first time in a week! I know running a mile is pretty much pointless from a training perspective but my view is as follows: When I miss a training run it is because I am too lazy to put on my running clothes and get out the door. If I get in the habit of running at least 1 mile, even on my days off, it will eliminate my problem and will really help my training. It is a mental thing. I will probably run 1 mile tomorrow, to rest up for Sunday.
