2 miles run/hike, 25 min.
Every muscle group in my legs got a good workout yesterday so I am still feeling pretty fatigued. We got about 3 inches of snow yesterday so I went out and ran the hill loop outside of my apartment. I also put down some salt in the parking lot. I wear my North Face gortex trail runners. This is the only thing I have found them useful for. I absolutely hate running in the things. The heel is so big. It makes for a very rough run.

It is usually a good thing just to get out and walk or run a mile or so just to stretch out the leg muscles.
