Todady we had more practice on Kipping pull-ups and handstands.

3 reps: 95 lbs

It's a gymnastics place right across from Lakota East Highschool, in West Chester. They have CrossFit classes 6am and 6 pm Monday-Friday. It sucks driving up there every morning. There is another crossfit gym on Montgomery Road in Pleasnt Ridge but it's hella expensive compared to the one I'm going to. You can check out the website: Crossfitwestchester.com

I'm loving it so far. The squats and rowing are about the only thing I don't totally suck at, but I've already made improvments in my upperbody and leg strength. You should check it out.
