Today we practiced ring dips and upside down shoulder shrugs on the rings. The WOD was max shoulder press

3 reps: 75lbs
2 reps:85lbs
1 rep: 95lbs
1 rep: 100lbs
1 rep: 95lbs

Bike?

I haven't heard much about that sweet bike you bought this summer. Have you put any time on the pedals recently in lieu of running?

Mike,

I haven't gotten on that bike since the week I bought it. I was to busy running in the summer and fall. Now I'm a wimp and don't want to ride in the cold. I am using the stationary bike in the gym, so hopefully once spring comes I'll be able to make a transition on to the real bike.
