WOD
Today we did a tabata work out (20 seconds of work 10 seconds of rest, repeated.)
6 rounds of each
push-ups: 12,11,10,8,7,7
sit-ups: 12,10,10,10,10,10
squats: 20,20,20,20,20,20
We also practice muscle-ups and handstands. I can do a false grip ring pull-up now, which I couldn't do last week, but I still can't get the muscle-up. I was able to get it with a couple resistance bands. My hand stands are coming along. I can do them against a wall, but can't keep my balance in mid-air.
