Today was my last day at CrossFit Westchester, it will be closing tomorrow. I've learned a lot and have become much stronger in my first month doing CrossFit and I will continue the routine on my own.

I wasn't sore today from my 10 mile run yesterday. That's a good sign, considering I haven't run that far in a month. I hope I can say the same thing on sunday morning after wbt50k, but I doubt it :)

Howdy from Banff! I laughed my ass off when I read your profile. You funny guy! I'll do my long run in your honour this weekend while you go through cross training hell!

Hey, glad you're not sore. So "Sunshine girl" got me to look at your full profile. I love country music too! One of my favorites..."I Ain't as Young as I Once Was"...oh the words, so true!
Also, "The River" by Garth Brooks is meaningful since I love to kayak / canoe! Really my mentality about living life!

I'm pretty sure that country is what God listens too!!!

Sunshine Girl,

No cross training for me this weekend, I actually get to run! Those mountain pics on your blogs are AMAZING! I definitely need to make it up there sometime.

Tony,

"but I'm as good once as I ever was."

I always thought God was a George Strait fan.

"You know a dream is like a river, everchanging as it flows, and a dreamers just a vessel that must follow where it goes." Awesome song!

Crossfit closing?!? Did I miss something, sounds like it was a good month well spent. I need to get my a$$ back in the sling in Feb!
