5 Miles
I had 10 on the schedule, but I'm not one to follow schedules all that closely. I have some random aches in my legs, no real pain. I will probably put in 3 miles tomorrow on the track, one or two on saturday then try to add on some extra miles to my marathon on sunday to get in a nice long run.

I'm tapering tomorrow--no workout!!
See you at the race on Sunday-bring some warm clothes, last I checked it looks about 6 or 10 degrees to start. I will be all bundled up but my face does look like all my pics, so see you there!
I couldn't find a cut off time. But you are a fairly fast runner,so it will be easy for you just to head out for more 1 mile loops!
Have fun Josh. Looks like you are ready for this and ready to have it be a good training run as well.
