WOD: "Filthy Fifty"
This workout is 50 reps of 10 different exercises. I scaled it to 40 reps of each.
40 Box Jumps
40 Jumping pull-ups (not a substitute for strict pull-ups)
40 Dumbbell swings (40lb dumbbell) (because we don't have Kettlebells)
40 Push Presses (45 lbs barbell)
40 knees to elbows
40 lunges
40 back extensions
40 wall balls (20 lbs medicine ball)
40 burpees
40 double unders
Here's what it looks like all together.

This was hard! The wall balls and burpees were the two hardest for me, and of course they were both at the end. I'm pretty good at the double unders so that wasn't too bad.
